About Timothy Hughes
Timothy Hughes is a Brookfield, Wisconsin native best known for his work as the Strongman in the hit movie musical The Greatest Showman with Hugh Jackman. He is most recently the New York Times declared "Tall Guy" and LA Times deemed "breakout star" from the Tony Award Winning Best Broadway Musical Hadestown! He also originated the role of Pabbie in Disney's Broadway musical Frozen, at the St. James Theatre and made his debut in Chaplin: The Musical.
He is a proud BFA graduate of New York University. Timothy has toured with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and has performed at regional theatres across the country including Goodspeed Opera, The MUNY, Music Theatre Wichita, Music Theatre West, St. Louis Rep, Cincinnati Playhouse, Geva Theatre, and Los Angeles Opera.
As a teacher, he has worked with Open Jar Institute, Actor Therapy, Broadway Booker, Broadway Artists Alliance, Boom, Werk With Bway, and created and developed the program Movement Through the Movies.
He is thrilled to bring his love and wisdom of performing and teaching to Performer's Puzzle!
